NEW TO CROSSFIT? START HERE!
Our primary goal is to foster a community of health, fitness, and support. To do this, we want to ensure each person has the proper foundation of movement and understanding of our program before entering our CrossFit group training sessions. In order to give YOU the best experience, we require individuals who are new to CrossFit to undergo several foundations classes with our coaching staff.
- 3 Private sessions with one of our coaching staff.
- Learn basic movements used in CrossFit such as bodyweight movements, barbells, and ketllebells.
- Introductory workouts for all levels of ability
